Raffle tickets are $100 each, and a maximum 1,000 tickets will be sold. Taxes, Registration and other possible fees are the responsibility of the winner.

The Scleroderma Sprint will cap the night by drawing a winner for a First Edition Dodge Challenger Hellcat. This never-been-titled car will be delivered immediately at the event. The raffle will be limited to 1,000 entries. Entries can only be purchased here on the website. This ticket is valid for one entry into this raffle.

The Scleroderma Sprint Dodge Hellcat Raffle drawing (the “Raffle”) will be held on October 6, 2022, from all Raffle tickets purchased. Winners need not be present to win. The winner will be notified according to the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase. The winner will be officially announced on October 6, 2022, at the Scleroderma Sprint Gala at SpeedVegas in Las Vegas, Nevada.

To collect their prize, the Raffle ticket winner may be required to sign and deliver to Scleroderma Sprint:

1. An affidavit of eligibility according to these Rules and applicable law, including but not limited to the winner being at least 18 years old when they purchased the winning Raffle ticket.

2. Such written information may be required by any applicable state or federal laws (for tax purposes or otherwise), including but not limited to their Social Security Number.

3. Proof of identity in forms satisfactory to the Scleroderma Sprint showing that the person claiming the prize is the same person named on the winning Raffle ticket. The Prize winner may be given a W-2G, Form 5754, or any other tax form that Scleroderma Sprint reasonably deems required (provided by Scleroderma Sprint) for tax purposes.

 
 

  • The odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of Raffle tickets sold. There will be a maximum of 1,000 tickets sold. If fewer tickets are sold, the chance of winning the prize improves.

  • You must be 18 years of age or older AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE to enter.

    Scleroderma Sprint staff, members of its Board of Directors, and such staff and board members immediate family members residing in the same household are excluded from participating and are not eligible to win a prize. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The Raffle is void where prohibited or restricted by law. An affidavit of eligibility may be required from prize winners. Ineligible persons are not eligible to win, they are also not eligible for a refund.

  • The prize is a 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat; (the “Car”, “Prize”, or “Grand Prize” throughout these Terms and Conditions). This vehicle is a first edition and has never been registered. There is a $50,000.00 cash option available in lieu of accepting the prize.

    The winner is also solely responsible for any state or local taxes, title, registration, or other fees associated with the vehicle or vehicle registration, as well as insurance (proof of which must be shown before delivery) and pickup or delivery costs from Scleroderma Sprint.

  • Prize: 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat estimated value: $65,000.00 (including tax and license fees). There is a $50,000.00 cash option available in lieu of accepting the prize.

  • The Car will be transferred to the Prize winner "as is, where is, and with all faults". Scleroderma Sprint does not make or provide any representation, guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, in connection with the Car and accepts no liability or responsibility regarding the construction or condition of the Car. Scleroderma Sprint does not warrant that the Car is of mercantile quality or that it can be used for any particular purpose. No express warranties are given, and no affirmation of Scleroderma Sprint by words and/or actions will constitute a warranty.

    Scleroderma Sprint makes no representation or guarantee that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will accept that value of the Car to determine any income tax that may be due from the winner. Scleroderma Sprint takes no responsibility for any tax liabilities. Consult your tax advisor.

    ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONTRACT, OR THE BREACH THEREOF, SHALL BE SETTLED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (PURSUANT TO ITS EXPEDITED PROCEDURES) UNDER ITS COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES AND JUDGMENT ON THE AWARD RENDERED BY THE ARBITRATOR MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION THEREOF. IN THE EVENT OF CHOICE OF LAW DISPUTES, THE CHOICE OF LAW SHALL BE THE STATE OF NEVADA. VENUE SHALL BE CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA.

    By purchasing a raffle ticket and choosing to participate in the Raffle, each raffle participant acknowledges and agrees that Scleroderma Sprint has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to elect to terminate the Raffle for any reason whatsoever or for no reason at all, and in such event, a participant's sole and exclusive remedy shall be to receive a refund of the full price paid by such eligible participant for each raffle ticket purchased, without interest. Any purchase made by a non-eligible participant shall not be entitled to refund for this or for any other reason.
